		<description>alvin, thanks for your comment - but actually that's exactly what we do... every receipt of purchase comes individually addressed by first name, not by hand but in print. it's a little thankyou that we like to think isn't the norm and thus makes you feel a bit more special.</description>

		<description>Its great that there's emphasis on details like these but lots of other labels out there have already ventured into this field. IMO i think there could be a touch of something more personal, such as maybe addressing the consumer by his/her name and such. A level that most $ hungry labels do not possess.</description>
