We ship daily, Monday to Friday, and your order will generally be despatched the next working day.
We ship worldwide with a flat fee of GBP £3 per item.
Delivery times vary wildly depending on the destination. Domestic UK shipping normally takes two (2) days. EU shipping takes around one (1) week, and worldwide shipping takes between two (2) to four (4) weeks.
You are responsible for providing a current address that we can deliver to. Please double check your registered paypal address when making payment.
Items that are returned to us as “undeliverable” or returned after three (3) delivery attempts, will be treated as a return. Shipping will be charged again upon the request of a re-shipment.

If you’d like to exchange something for a different size, or if damaged or defective in any way, then claims must be made within five (5) working days of receipt of goods. All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in.
Exchanges for a different size will be treated as a return, and shipping will be charged again upon re-shipment.
We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We highly recommend that you insure the package and / or send it with Delivery Confirmation. Should we not receive your return, we will not be able to issue a credit. Credits on returns will be issued to the original paypal account only, to the value of the merchandise.
